DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery to Belgium:

You will usually receive the name tags within five days of receiving your order, but it is best to count 10 working days. A standard set of name tags costs €17.95 and delivery is free.

International delivery:

Wij leveren overal ter wereld zonder extra kosten. We deliver anywhere in the world at no extra cost. The fastest way to order is via the internet, we usually produce orders the same day we receive them. We aim to deliver within 10 working days in Europe and two weeks outside Europe. Be sure to include the country and postcode in the address.

Incorrect delivery address:

Make sure your delivery address is correct when ordering from My Nametags. If there is an error in your address, please contact us immediately within an hour of placing your order so that we can change your address. Changes requested after the first hour may not be accepted as your order may have already been printed and processed. Returns and refunds based on incorrect delivery information will not be accepted. Customers should therefore pay for a new order with the correct delivery information.
